WHAT IT IS

PU expanding foam (polyurethane gap filler) is a single-component, moisture-curing foam dispensed from an aerosol can, used for sealing gaps, voids, and penetrations in Malaysian construction. Available in 500 ml and 750 ml aerosol cans, it expands on contact with atmospheric moisture to fill cavities around door frames, window frames, pipes, and service conduits, curing to a firm closed-cell foam with thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Fire-rated variants are available for sealing service penetrations through fire-rated walls, meeting the demands of commercial and high-rise projects.
