WHAT IT IS

PU construction joint sealant is a 1-part moisture-curing polyurethane elastic sealant used to seal construction joints in concrete, masonry, precast panels, and civil engineering structures across Malaysia. Conforming to ISO 11600 F Class 25 HM, EN 15651-4 PW EXT-INT CC 25 HM, and ASTM C920 Class 35, it accommodates joint movement of ±25–35% and cures to a Shore A hardness of 25–40. Service temperature range is −40°C to +70°C. Applied in floor joints, façade panel joints, expansion joints, and wet areas.
