Polymer-modified structural concrete repair mortar is a pre-bagged, single-component fibre-reinforced cementitious mortar used to repair spalled and deteriorated concrete in columns, beams, slabs, bridges, and car parks in Malaysia. Classified as Class R4 per EN 1504-3:2005 — the highest repair mortar class — it restores section profile, re-establishes the alkaline passivation zone around exposed reinforcement, and achieves compressive strength of approximately 50 N/mm² and bond strength of approximately 1.5 N/mm² at 28 days. Applied up to 50 mm per coat. Just add water. Available in 25 kg bags. HS 3824400000 · import duty 0% · SST 10%.
Typical pack size: 25 kg bag
Single-component, fibre-reinforced, polymer-modified, low-shrinkage cementitious repair mortar. Class R4 per EN 1504-3:2005 (compressive strength ≥45 N/mm²; bond strength ≥2 N/mm²). Malaysia product Sika MonoTop®-412 MY: 28-day compressive strength ~50 N/mm², bond ~1.5 N/mm². Application thickness per coat: up to 50 mm.
