PRODUCT INDEX / ROOF VENTILATION
RIDGE VENTS
A ridge vent (roof ridge ventilator) is a continuous or sectional ventilation channel installed along the apex of a pitched roof to passively exhaust hot air from the roof space in Malaysian residential and commercial construction. Working in tandem with soffit or eave vents, it creates balanced stack ventilation that cools the roof cavity, reduces air-conditioning loads, and prevents moisture condensation. Fabricated in aluminium or galvanised steel; sold per 1.2 m or 1.8 m length. Net free ventilation area ≥ 18 cm²/m. Positioned under the ridge capping tile or metal hip cap, making it invisible once installed.
Typical pack size: Sold per 1.2 m or 1.8 m length; profile matched to roof pitch; aluminium or galvanised steel; net free area ≥ 18 cm²/m
