WHAT IT IS

PPR pipe PN20 (polypropylene random copolymer) is the preferred MEP-specification internal water pipe for hot and cold distribution in Malaysian commercial and multi-storey residential buildings. PN20 (S2.5) rated for hot water service up to 60°C continuous, 70°C peak. Conforms to MS 2286 and ISO 15874. Joined by hot-tool socket fusion at 260°C — no solvents, fully fused joint. SIRIM and SPAN certified. Colour-coded: green (cold water), red/orange (hot water insulated). Diameters 20-110 mm, 4 m lengths. Also known as paip PPR or PP-R pipe.
