WHAT IT IS

uPVC Soil, Waste and Vent (SWV) pipe is a SIRIM-certified drainage pipe for internal sanitary pipework in Malaysian buildings. Conforming to MS 1063:2002 (equivalent to BS EN 1329), SWV pipe carries soil waste from WCs, wastewater from basins and sinks, and provides ventilation of the drainage stack. Available in waste sizes 32–50 mm and soil/vent sizes 80–200 mm, supplied in 3 m or 5.8 m lengths. Joints are made with solvent cement.
