TABLE FORM
Table form (flying form) is a pre-assembled slab formwork system designed for repetitive-floor high-rise buildings in Malaysia. The steel or aluminium-framed table — complete with H20 secondary beams, 18 mm plywood face, and screw-jack legs — is struck, wheeled to the slab edge, craned or trolleyed to the next floor level, and repositioned without full disassembly. Typical table widths 2.4–3.6 m, lengths 3.6–9.0 m, assembled weight 300–800 kg. Enables 4–5 day floor-pour cycles on commercial towers. Licensed structural engineer design sign-off required under CIDB CIS 23:2023. HS 7308409000 · import duty 15% · SST 5%.
Typical pack size: Typical table widths 2.4–3.6 m; lengths 3.6–9.0 m; assembled weight 300–800 kg per table unit; moved by crane or forklift
