WHAT IT IS

Self-levelling floor compound is a pourable cementitious underlayment used to correct uneven concrete subfloors and prepare a flat substrate for floor finishes in Malaysian construction. Poured or pumped and spread with a spiked roller, it flows and self-levels under gravity to a flatness tolerance of ±3 mm over 2 m, in a single pour of 3–50 mm thickness. Compressive strength reaches 20–30 MPa at 28 days. Walkable within a few hours of placement. Suitable as a substrate for tiles, vinyl (LVT), carpet, and timber flooring.
