COATING
Anti-carbonation protective coating is a surface-applied coating for concrete used to prevent the ingress of atmospheric CO₂ and retard carbonation-induced corrosion of reinforcement steel in Malaysian exposed structures. Conforms to EN 1504-2:2004 (Principle 1 — protection against ingress, Methods 1.1 or 1.3), with CO₂ diffusion resistance equivalent air layer (Sd) of at least 50 m and CE marking. Available in rigid systems (1-part or 2-part epoxy-acrylic) and elastic systems (plasto-elastic or full-elastic). Applied on bridges, car parks, façades, and external structural concrete. Supplied in 5 L and 20 L containers. HS 3208909000 · import duty 25% · SST 10%.
Typical pack size: 5 L and 20 L containers
Complies with EN 1504-2:2004 (Products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures — surface protection). Principle 1 (protection against ingress), Method 1.1 (impregnation) or 1.3 (coating). CO₂ diffusion resistance equivalent air layer (Sd) ≥50 m. CE marking required for EN 1504-2 products.
