WHAT IT IS

One-way mirror/reflective privacy window film creates a mirrored exterior finish on commercial glazing, office buildings, and hotel façades in Malaysia, blocking outside view during daylight hours while maintaining the interior outward view. Sputtered metallic (silver, bronze, or gold) or nano-ceramic reflective coating on PET substrate; exterior visible reflectance (EVR) typically 30–60%; VLT 10–40%. Also provides solar heat rejection. Note: the privacy effect reverses at night when interior lighting is brighter than outdoors — for 24-hour privacy, a blackout or opaque film is required.
