WHAT IT IS

A 1-hour fire-rated doorset (FD60) resists fire and smoke for 60 minutes -- tested to 75 minutes under BOMBA standard -- per MS 1073: Part 3:1996. Mandatory in staircase enclosures, service corridors, and compartment walls in Malaysian buildings under UBBL 1984. Must carry SIRIM MS Mark and BOMBA Sijil Perakuan Bahan. Supplied as a complete set: timber-frame leaf with mineral core (54 mm typical, single-leaf W900 x H2100 mm), intumescent strip, fire-rated door closer, and certified frame. Sold per set. Also called pintu tahan api 1 jam or FRD 60. HS 4418.110000, import duty 20%, SST 5%.
