WHAT IT IS

Film-faced formwork plywood (18 mm) is a WBP hardwood plywood panel with smooth phenolic resin film laminated to both faces, for concrete formwork and shuttering on Malaysian construction sites. The HDO film (≥120 g/m²) provides a waterproof release surface rated for 6–15+ re-uses per panel. Standard sheet 2440 × 1220 mm (8 × 4), 11-ply at 18 mm — the dominant Malaysian site standard for slab, beam, and wall formwork. Also available at 12 mm, 15 mm, and 21 mm.
