PRODUCT INDEX / STRUCTURAL MATERIALS
DRY MIX
Self-levelling floor compound is a cementitious or calcium-sulphate fluid mix poured onto uneven concrete slabs to produce a flat, smooth substrate for tiles, vinyl, or other floor finishes in Malaysian construction. Supplied in 25 kg bags, it spreads under gravity to self-level at depths of 3–30 mm, achieving typical compressive strength of 20–30 N/mm² after curing. Used in commercial fit-outs, serviced apartments, and residential renovation projects to correct slab tolerances before final flooring installation. Known locally as SLC, sebatian rata sendiri, or floor leveller, it eliminates the need for skilled screeding labour on large floor areas and is compatible with underfloor heating substrates.
