WHAT IT IS

Dry-Mix Finish Plaster / Skim Coat is a factory-prepared fine-finish plaster applied as the top coat over a rendered base to produce a smooth, paintable wall surface in Malaysian residential and commercial construction. Formulated with white cement, fine-grade filler, and polymer additives, it is applied at 1–3 mm thickness and requires only the addition of water on site. Supplied in 25 kg bags; UOM: bag. It produces a consistent, crack-resistant skim layer suitable for direct paint application on both interior and exterior walls. Also known as finish plaster, skim coat, finishing coat, plaster kemasan, and sapu skim in the local trade.
