WHAT IT IS

Dry-Mix Render / Plaster Base Coat is a factory-blended mix of cement, graded sand, and polymer additives for external and internal base-coat rendering on masonry and concrete surfaces in Malaysian construction. Available in grey and white formulations; requires only addition of water on site. Supplied in 25 kg bags; UOM: bag. It delivers consistent quality and controlled shrinkage versus site-mixed render, and is widely used in residential and commercial construction across Malaysia for first-coat rendering before finish plaster or tile. Also known as base coat render, premix plaster, dry mortar render, simen render, and plaster asas.
