Portland Composite Cement (PCC) / Masonry Cement is a lower-clinker hydraulic binder blended with limestone or other fillers, used for brickwork mortar, plastering, and general masonry in Malaysian construction. Classified CEM II to MS EN 197-1:2014, it offers good workability at a lower cost compared with OPC, making it the standard choice for plastering and brickwork across residential and commercial projects in Malaysia.
