WHAT IT IS

Wall sealer / primer (water-based, 5 L) is an alkali-resisting acrylic primer applied to new plaster, concrete, or skim-coated surfaces before topcoat paint in Malaysian construction. It reduces surface porosity, consolidates friable substrates, and blocks alkali bleed to improve adhesion of subsequent interior or exterior emulsion coats.
