WHAT IT IS

Exterior weathershield / acrylic masonry paint (18 L) is a high-build exterior finish coat used on external concrete, rendered masonry, and fibre cement walls in Malaysian construction. Formulated to MS 134:2007 (exterior classification) for tropical conditions — high UV, humidity, and rainfall. Anti-algae and anti-fungal properties are standard; elastomeric variants offer elongation ≥ 100% for crack-bridging. Coverage approximately 8–10 m²/litre over two coats.
