WHAT IT IS

Fibre cement board sheet (4' × 8', 1200 × 2400 mm) is a non-combustible, moisture-resistant flat sheet of Portland cement reinforced with cellulose or synthetic fibres, used for exterior cladding, wet-area backing boards, eaves linings, and ceiling tiles in Malaysian construction. Properties follow BS EN 12467 (fibre cement flat sheets) as industry reference; density 1000–1500 kg/m³ depending on thickness.
