WHAT IT IS

Cement-based tile adhesive C1 (normal, 20 kg) is a standard-class cementitious tile fixing mortar used for installing standard ceramic wall and floor tiles on concrete, screed, or cement plaster substrates in Malaysian construction. Classified C1 per MS ISO 13007-1 with tensile adhesion strength ≥ 0.5 N/mm² after normal curing and open time ≥ 20 minutes. Mixed with water on site; applied by notched trowel. Sold in 20 kg bags (also 25 kg). HS 3214100000 · import duty 5% · SST 5%. Governed by MS ISO 13007-1 and MS 1294 code of practice (SIRIM). Suitable for standard-format tiles; upgrade to C2 class for large-format porcelain ≥ 600 × 600 mm.
