WHAT IT IS

12-mil safety/security window film is the thickest widely-specified construction-grade window film, designed for high-security environments including embassies, data centres, critical infrastructure, and blast-hazard zones in Malaysia. The 300-micron multi-ply polyester laminate provides the longest forced-entry delay (1–3 minutes) of standard film grades and can complement blast-resistant glazing design. Premium variants are blast-mitigation rated per GSA/ASTM F1642. UV rejection ≥99%. Available in clear or tinted finishes. Typically specified with a wet-glaze or mechanical attachment system.
