WHAT IT IS

Spray plaster (machine-applied texture finish) is a pre-blended polymer-modified fine-aggregate cementitious finish coat designed for pump application through GRACO or Ritmo-type spray machines on exterior and interior walls in Malaysia. A single sprayed pass at 2–5 mm produces a speckled or fine aggregate texture; coverage is approximately 8–15 m²/bag from a 25 kg bag. Significantly faster than hand-trowelled plaster, it is the preferred exterior finish coat for high-rise cladding and large-area walls. Available in grey and white base. No specific Malaysian Standard — specification per manufacturer. Also traded as machine plaster, spray render, spray finish coat, plaster semburan, and kemasan sembur.
