WHAT IT IS

Cornice compound and plasterboard joint filler is a setting-type gypsum or polymer-modified powder used in Malaysian drywall and cornice installation to tape and finish board joints, fill corner bead flanges, and fix gypsum cornice strips. Unlike air-dry compounds, the chemical setting reaction produces a hard, low-shrinkage fill with typical setting time of 30–60 minutes.
