PLASTER
Liquid render and self-levelling underlayment compound is a pumpable or poured polymer-modified cementitious product used for interior floor levelling and exterior wall rendering in Malaysian construction. The floor-grade variant is poured at 3–20 mm depth over prepared subfloors, self-correcting undulations to produce a flat tile-ready surface; coverage is approximately 1.6 kg/m² per mm thickness. The wall-applied variant is spray or roller applied to create a smooth render finish without trowelling. Sold in 25 kg bags; mixed on site with water. Common trade names include SLU, self-levelling compound, render cecair, and kompaun aras sendiri.
