WHAT IT IS

Concrete grass paver blocks are open-grid precast units used for eco-friendly car parks, fire-access lanes, and overflow parking in Malaysian residential and commercial developments. The 40–50% open cell area allows grass or gravel fill to grow through while the 80 mm concrete frame bears vehicular loads. The permeable structure also promotes rainwater infiltration, reducing surface runoff in line with Malaysia's urban stormwater management goals.
