TIMBER DOOR
HDF moulded panel doors use high-density fiberboard skins vacuum-pressed into decorative raised-panel profiles, giving a traditional panelled-door appearance at lower cost than solid timber. Very common for bedroom and bathroom doors in Malaysian residential projects. Construction: 5-7 mm HDF skins at approximately 900 kg per m3 bonded to a timber batten frame with honeycomb or particleboard core. Standard size: 857 mm x 2108 mm x 36 mm; solid-core variant also available. Lightweight and prefinished for painting. Sold per piece. Also called pintu berlekuk HDF or pintu kulit.
