FIRE-RATED DOOR
A 2-hour fire-rated steel doorset (FD120) provides 120-minute fire and smoke resistance -- tested to 135 minutes -- per MS 1073: Part 3:1996. Required in high-risk compartmentation walls: car park to building interfaces, plant rooms, and between fire compartments in Malaysian high-rise buildings. Steel-faced construction with mineral wool insulation offers higher structural integrity under fire loading than timber-frame equivalents. Leaf: 60 mm thick, single-leaf W900 x H2100 mm typical. Must carry SIRIM MS Mark and BOMBA Sijil Perakuan. Sold per set. Also called pintu tahan api 2 jam or FD120. HS 7308.309000, import duty 15%, SST 5%.
