WHAT IT IS

Moisture-Resistant MDF (MR MDF / Green MDF) is manufactured to EN 622-5 type MDF.H for use in humid conditions in Malaysia. Colour-coded green or blue core for easy site identification. Density 680–800 kg/m³; thickness swell ≤12% at 24-hour immersion, versus ≤35% for standard MDF. Standard sheet 2440 × 1220 mm (8′ × 4′); thicknesses 9–18 mm. Specified for kitchen cabinet carcasses, bathroom furniture, shopfronts with humidity exposure, and wall panelling in air-conditioned spaces with condensation risk. Not waterproof and not rated for direct water immersion or exterior use. HS 4411140000 · import duty 20% · SST 10%.
