WHAT IT IS

Fibre cement board 12 mm (wet area / heavy duty) is autoclaved to ISO 8336:2017 (Category A) and is the preferred thickness for tile-backing substrates, bathroom walls, commercial kitchen walls, and external cladding in Malaysian construction. Density 1,100–1,400 kg/m³; higher rigidity than 9 mm. Mandatory CIDB PPS certification under CIDB Act 520. Fully moisture-resistant, termite-proof, and non-combustible.
