WHAT IT IS

Cementitious Waterproofing Compound is a brush- or trowel-applied coating based on Portland cement and crystalline or polymer-modified additives that bonds with concrete and masonry substrates to form a durable water-resistant barrier, used for wet-area protection in Malaysian construction. Available as a single-component powder (20–25 kg bag) or a two-component system (powder + liquid, 22.5 kg set A+B); UOM: kg. Widely used in Malaysia for basement tanking, flat roof deck waterproofing, wet room liners, water tank interiors, and swimming pool shells. Also known as waterproofing cement, waterproof mortar, sebatian kalis air, and lapisan kalis air simen.
