WHAT IT IS

Penetrating tile and natural stone sealer is a silane or siloxane-based impregnating treatment used to protect polished porcelain, marble, granite, and unglazed ceramic surfaces in Malaysian construction from stain absorption. Applied by brush or roller, the formula penetrates and lines pores without forming a visible surface film, reducing stain absorption by ≥ 80% typical, without altering appearance or slip resistance. Available in 1 L and 4–5 L bottles; coverage 5–15 m²/L depending on surface porosity. Recommended for newly installed natural stone floors, wet areas, and outdoor stone paving exposed to Malaysia's year-round rainfall. Also traded as stone sealer, impregnating sealer, porcelain sealer, pengelap batu, and pengelap jubin.
