Cement-Sand Brick (Solid Concrete Brick) is a machine-pressed masonry unit made from a dry mix of cement, sand, and water, used for partition walls and non-structural infill in Malaysian construction. Standard size 230 × 110 × 70 mm; palletised approximately 500 pieces per pallet. Compressive strength typically 7–15 N/mm². Some manufacturers conform to MS EN 771-3 (concrete masonry units). Lower in cost than clay bricks, cement bricks are the most common walling unit for internal partitions in terrace houses and shophouses across Malaysia. Laid in 1:3 or 1:4 cement-sand mortar.
