AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Block is a lightweight, thermally insulating masonry unit manufactured from silica sand, cement, lime, and aluminium powder cured under high-pressure steam, used for non-load-bearing partition and infill walls in Malaysian construction. Density 500–700 kg/m³ and compressive strength ≥3.5 N/mm² conform to BS EN 771-4:2003 as adopted in Malaysia. Common sizes include 600 × 200 × 100 mm, 600 × 200 × 150 mm, and 600 × 200 × 200 mm; supplied on pallets. UOM: piece (also m³, pallet).
