HOW TO USE

SQL Account

Open SQL Account → Tools → Import → Stock Item. Select the downloaded CSV. Map columns as prompted. Review the Tax Code column against your licensed tax agent's advice before confirming.

Bukku

Go to Products → Import → upload the Bukku CSV. Bukku will auto-map Name, SKU, Unit, and Tax fields. Verify the Sales Tax and Purchase Tax values with your accountant.

Xero

Go to Inventory → Items → Import → upload the Xero CSV. Fill in your own Sales Account Code, Purchases Account Code, and verified Tax Type before importing. The SST hint column is for reference only.

Generic / Other systems

Use the Generic CSV as a reference master or map columns to your ERP / inventory system's import template. The UNSPSC and CIDB codes are internationally recognised classification anchors.

ABOUT THIS DATA

Product names, UOMs, grade specifications, and classification codes are anchored to published authority sources: UNSPSC (UN Standard Products and Services Code), CIDB Malaysia material categories, Malaysian Standards (MS), British Standards (BS), and manufacturer datasheets. Products with uncertain mappings are flagged in the data.

This item master is maintained by TTK Building Materials and is intended as a practical onboarding and bookkeeping tool, not a regulatory document. It does not include prices.
